Exchange/Refund Policy

Please read our refund/exchange process prior to making your purchase. Also note, making any purchases means you have read and agreed to our terms and conditions as well as our exchange policy.

Orders that have already been processed for shipment, cannot be changed and no adjustments will be made to that order. Keep in mind that we are not responsible for incomplete or incorrect shipping information, size selection, and/or payment information you’ve entered while completing your order. Even if you email immediately after you submit an order, we may not read your request before your order is processed. In that event, you may exchange your order and assume any additional shipping costs associated with the exchange. No refunds will be provided.

Exchanges for a different size are limited to one per purchase and will only be accepted within 14 days of the shipping arrival date. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn, in the same condition that you received it and with all original tags attached. We will not exchange damaged returned items.

Please note, exchanges can take up to 10 business days from the time we receive the exchanged item to be processed. You are responsible for your return shipping costs. However, we will assume the shipping costs back to you ONLY if your original item is in the condition as noted above.

We work diligently to ensure our products are well inspected prior to sending to our valued customers. In the event you believe your item is damaged upon arrival, it is your responsibility to contact us no later than 24 hours from your shipment’s arrival. You can do so by visiting the contact us page on the website. Remember that photos must be included with your claim which can be uploaded within the form. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for damages resulting from conditions including but not limited to: weather, courier services, unintended damage by you, and any other wear and tear. In the event your claim is approved, we will send your exchange within 10 days of your first shipment’s arrival back to us. Keep in mind, broken zippers are not considered damage and will not be exchanged.

Queen Fitness does not offer refunds once your order has been processed. Therefore, please make sure all of your information is entered correctly when making your purchase. If you receive an incorrect size please double check your order confirmation before submitting an exchange form. We will not be responsible for those unqualified shipping costs.
